Yes. Parking is right in front of the building and is first come, first served. One parking pass is provided for every reservation. If you need an additional parking pass, please request it in advance. Extra parking passes are $30 each.

No. Smoking is strictly prohibited within the property, including all indoor and outdoor areas. If this policy is violated, a $250 cleaning and restoration fee will be charged to cover smoke removal and additional cleaning costs.
